My GPS Collar Will Not Charge

My Invisible Fence® Brand GPS Collar Will Not Charge

This article for troubleshooting steps when your Invisible Fence® GPS Collar or GPS Flex™ Fence collar will not charge.

  1. Confirm charger is plugged into a working outlet.
  2. Wipe both collar and base charging point down with a dry cloth and confirm the charging points on the collar and the charging port on the base are free from debris. If the collar is particularly dirty, you may need to wipe down with a damp, mostly dry cloth.
  3. Try a different wall adaptor and USB-C cord. Note: If you are using a wall adapter that was not included, your collar may not charge as quickly.
