Great overall experience. I would recommend the invisible fence to anyone who has ever thought of having it installed. We were reluctant at first but after speaking with them on the first home visit, we were anxious to get it installed. For anyone that thinks this system hurts the dog in any way, it doesn't. That is what I thought at first too. They start on the lowest levels possible and the puppy soon understands the new boundaries! Great customer service and a great product! I can now have peace of mind that when my 2 year old opens the door and our puppy runs out that he will not leave our yard. It is a great feeling to be able to have him run around the yard while we play outside and know that he isn't going anywhere!
