Recurring Subscription Policy

Invisible Fence Brand offers various product Subscriptions, including, but not limited to, annual recurring Subscriptions (“Recurring Subscriptions”). The Products included in a Recurring Subscription, and the purchase price of Recurring Subscriptions, are listed on the Site and may be modified by Invisible Fence Brand from time to time. We will notify you prior to implementing such changes.

When you purchase a Recurring Subscription, you will be asked to select deliveries on a periodic basis. Recurring Subscriptions commence on the date that you submit your first purchase order, and deliveries shall be made on the periodic schedule that you’ve selected, on approximately the scheduled shipment frequency which you submitted your subscription order noting delays for any potential holidays or weekend deliveries.

Recurring Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the frequency schedule that you have chosen at checkout.

When the automatic renewal plan is 30 days from expiration, Invisible Fence Brand will send a notice to the email address provided during checkout. The notice will contain the client’s account status, as well as any revisions to the terms and conditions of the plan. If you have a valid credit card number on file, automatic renewal of the plan will occur for another term, which will be the same length as the prior term. For plans of one year or more, processing of payments will occur within 30 days following the anniversary date. If you do not want to have the plan automatically renewed, you may turn off the auto renewal option at any time by contacting Invisible Fence® Brand Client Care at 800-578-3647 or by sending us a message. If a plan of one year or more is automatically renewed, and you contact Customer Care department for a refund within 30 days of the renewal, Invisible Fence Brand will refund the full plan price.

You may cancel your Recurring Subscriptions at any time by calling us at 1-800-578-3647 or sending us a message.

By purchasing a Recurring Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your Recurring Subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current Recurring Subscription rate, you agree that Invisible Fence Brand may submit periodic charges (e.g. annual) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide notice to Invisible Fence Brand that you wish to cancel your Recurring Subscription or to change your payment method. You further accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed by Invisible Fence Brand after the expiration date of your payment card.

Invisible Fence Brand reserves the right to change or discontinue Recurring Subscriptions at our discretion. We may make these changes at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in a Recurring Subscription will constitute your acceptance of these terms including the automatic renewal provisions above.
